发帖数: 34 | 1 I have some questions for filling out the I-485 form.
Two months ago, I went to Canada for a short visit and came back with my H1B
approval notice. The US boarder took my old I-94 and did not issue a new
one. Now I only have I-94 from the approval notice.This is my last entry to
US. For this situation, how to fill out the fillowing items in part 3a of I-
485.
1)Nonimmigration visa #:
2)Consulate where visa issued;
3)date visa issued:
For this trip, i did not applied for US visa and used Automatic Visa
Revalidation for reentry. If anyone have such experience for I-485, please
give me a hand. |
