days, for the company has right to 'cancel' that!

copy to you or your company depends on who hired them. They can keep a copy
if they want. You should keep the original copy, but send a copy to your
HR.
If your company sponsor your Eb1B, you will have to stay there for six
months after your I-485 filed. And you will have to have your new employer
provide you an employment verification letter, and prove that you working in
the same field. But I don't know how exactly to proceed. |
