clearly and repetitively stated by CIS. English is "merely" a de facto
official language of US. But, you can be very very certain that your
adjudicator doesn't read Chinese.
I am not sure about "正式的成绩单" because I know in many cases, only Sealed
成绩单 are accepted. |
