但是好像很多地方都上不了sci finder. 包括学校的图书馆也上不了
这个账号使用权哪里获得？比如说多少刀用24 小时什么的？

如下信件中有注册信息
All users of Scifinder
CAS has worked out most of the bugs in the web version of SciFinder and in
several months they will discontinue the desktop client version. The
advantages of the web version now seem to outweigh the disadvantages and we
will, therefore, migrate to the web version over the next two weeks, during
which time we will have a mix of web and client seats. The web version is
similar to the client version and differences are fairly intuitive; training
materials are available here. Details on how to register and use the web
version are available here (short version below).
The web version does NOT increase our number of "seats." Please sign out
off when finished rather than simply closing your browser, so your seat will
become immediately available to others.
The client version of SciFinder WILL NO LONGER FUNCTION FOR OSU USERS AFTER
February 14, 2011.
Short version on making the change:
1. Register with CAS. (must be completed with an email address ending in
osu.edu, ohio-state.edu, or osumc.edu)

的理解有误？
