师修改。刚入行两年，我承认所作的工作当然是在manager的指导下进行的,。letter中
，有"Dr. Chen developed ....", he does not like.
在这种情况下，应该怎么修改letter, 还有说服老板呢？

in the letter is truely all my contribution, the company will see no value
about him and will fire him.

boss regarding the patent. You can change the word to something like:
Dr.** is one of the major investigators of ****, in stead of saying
Dr.** developed ***. If you are not the only one, and the first one who
developed that, the boss may not like it.

I got a similar problem in the recommendation letter from my current
boss regarding the patent. You can change the word to something like:
Dr.** is one of the major investigators of ****, in stead of saying
Dr.** developed ***. If you are not the only one, and the first one who
developed that, the boss may not like it.
