到底寄到哪呀？看帖子大家好像都是寄到dallas lockbox, 从哪得来的消息？
UPDATE: 再回头去看140的instruction,发现上面说除了skilled worker(f)(还有PP)之外的140都要寄到 Dallas lockbox, skilled worker 的要按location of permanent employment。 就是因为USCIS没有明确说eb1的485 要寄到location of permanent employment， 所以反推出要寄到 Dallas lockbox 吗？ Instruction 都没有写明白亚， 这个疏忽太大了吧。 | y**c

发帖数: 3862 | 4 而且instruction 里存在缺陷，条目3里说A-F,但却只到E,然后接着就是4，140 based,
只说了(f) skilled workers,对Eb1a,1b就压根没说。catsophie 指出这正是跟前一般
的不同之处， 前一版写的很清楚条目3.E 140-based 是depend on location of
employment的。

发帖数: 1906 | 6 我们也是NSC区域的，但是140是PP在德州批的，按理说485两边都可以寄，但现在这个样子
是不是寄dallas lockbox最稳妥，虽然可能会慢点？ | g****x
