You are filing Form I-485 together with Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for
Alien Worker, or based on a pending or approved Form I-140.
The USCIS Nebraska or Texas Service Centers, depending on the location of
the beneficiary’s permanent employment. See Form I-140 instructions for
addresses.
