实际的影响. 这个是我一个朋友的亲身经历.
如果你为了保险, 可以找你学校的律师, 或者自己找个移民律师咨询一下.

I knew it's no problem at all here in USA (at least it's like that back a
few years earlier).

发帖数: 415 | 7 At least it's for sure that denial of i-140 won't change someone's F1 status
at all, so her/his current F1 can be good as long as it is.
As I knew, a few years before, if you didn't mention your i-140, consular in
China didn't have the direct access to your i-140 record in their database.
So I wouldn't think it was harder to apply for F1 visa back in China.

my F-1 status as long as I am in the USA, but it may be hard to renew F1
visa from China. | a**********1
