年，类别是EB2,似乎是对应了
我2009交的NIW-140（已经批准但是排期未到）.

难道是因为新的priority date还没建立(concurrently filing) 就把旧的先填上去了

based on EB1B not your NIW. |

"Please note that if a priority date is printed on this notice, the priority
does not reflect earlier retained priority dates."
Maybe USCIS just doesn't like blank so they fill in whatever they can find. |
