发帖数: 39 | 1 3月20号递的140，还用的pp, 居然昨天收到退件，我哭啊。一开始就觉得奇怪，交上去
一个多星期了连个receipt都没有收到，结果快20天了就收到了退件。
问了律师，律师说是USCIS的lockbox搞错了，还安慰我说这种事情经常有，没什么好怕
的，大家有听说过我这种情况吗？
下边是律师的回信：
Your case has been returned back from the USCIS yesterday. Because USCIS
uses lockbox to receive case filings, the lockbox often makes mistakes. We
re-shipped your package to the USCIS by express mail. We have made a big
note to the immigration officer and requested a supervisor to review in case
they will return the package again. However, nothing to worry about. We
have been dealing with package return many times since they use lockbox to
receive packages. I will let you know as soon as we get a receipt notice for
your case. Thank you for your patience. Let me know if you have any
questions. |

it to lockbox, it will get rejected again. read pp instruction.

due to his stupidity, i don't think anything you can do but wait another
two weeks for the return, if you got lucky lockbox people may transfer your
file to the right department, but that happen rarely

发帖数: 39 | 10 谢谢大家，刚给律师打了电话，一个小秘接的，帮我查了一下寄出的状态，说是寄到
Nebraska了，我一听就傻了，心想本来第一次是寄到Texas中心的，怎么这次寄到
Nebraska中心了。
赶紧上uscis官网上查，结果发现我所在的州是该送到Nebraska中心处理的，原来是律
师那边负责邮寄的人第一次就寄错地址了。根本不是什么lockbox的问题，连处理中心
都搞错了！
律师可能也是好心，怕我跟他急，就编个理由说是lockbox出了问题。但愿这次能一切
顺利吧。
还是那句话，花钱请律师帮忙也不能一劳永逸，自己的事情还是得自己多操心啊。 |

Evenif your area is Texas, you shouldn't send it to lockbox.
Sending it to NSC is correct if it is 140 PP none E-filing. |
