发帖数: 1804 | 1 EB1B PP的case上周五被TSC IO XM1014 RFE了。认可了review和authorship，否了
contribution和totality. IO的RFE信写得很长，可是感觉这人根本没仔细看petition
letter, 忽略了提供的很多关键证据。信也有很多错误。
例如：
“(v) Evidence ofthe beneficiary's original contributions to the Academic
field
You have provided the following letters of recommendation:
-Letter of recommendation from xx
...
（这儿漏了一封推荐信，总共才5封）
-Letter of recommendation from xx
-Poster Exhibition xxx
...
-Presentation xxx (这些conference poster和presentation只在CV里面提到了，不知
为什么被当作证据填在这儿了)
This criterion has not been met because the evidence submitted does not show
that the beneficiary has made original scientific or scholarly research
contributions to the Academic field. To assist in determining whether the
beneficiary's contributions are original, you may submit:
1 Objective documentary evidence of the beneficiary's contribution to their
academic field.
2 Documentary evidence that people throughout the field currently consider
the beneficiary's work original.
3 Testimony and/or support letters from experts which discuss the
beneficiary's original scientific or scholarly research contributions to
their academic field. (See note below).
4 Evidence that the beneficiary's original contribution has provoked
widespread public comtnentary in the field or has been widely cited.
5 Evidence of the beneficiary's work being implemented by others. Possible
evidence may include but is not limited to:
o Contracts with companies using the benefiCiary's products;
o Licensed technology being used by otherS;
o Patents currently being utilized and shown to be significant to the field.
6 Any other relevant evidence.”
我们明明已经提供了这些证据：1（paper被好几本book引用），2(专家在book和paper
里面写道我的paper工作是state-of-art)，3（4封独立推荐信），4(被引用40次,不多但世界分布还
可以)。不知IO看了这些证据没有？
还有totality,说reivew是routine work，不算international recognized. 可我的两封
editor letter明确说了reviewer需要“outstanding credentials”和“must be
recognized as being an expert in the field”. 这些刊物都是国际一流学术刊物。
不知IO看了这些证据没有？
可笑的是信里还张冠李戴把我说成tenure track的faculty, 是不是这个IO赶时间同时
审两个案子?
我背景是弱，publication 7; book chapter 1(Chinese); citation 40； reivew 17.可
是死也要死个瞑目啊！大家说说我该怎么办？把现有证据重新组织一遍行吗？怎么保证
IO会看？要找新证据除了做个油灯图找熟人写个推荐信什么的，其他的也很难找了... |

体列举别人运用你的研究成果？ |

According to my "lawyer" (University appointed), you need to re-organize
your material so that
1) without the letter, the IO will be able to see what evidence you have
2) concise
Whenever my lawyer checks my package, she ignored the letter. When I gave
her my RFE letter (7 pages), she eventually pointed out to me that nobody
wants to see such a long letter. She reads the list content and then
evidence directly.
So reorganization is important. |

approved.
