we dealt with her before. she is not very good at this business. the
materials she got often has many small mistakes. we finally get rid of her
but she still charged us a lot of money. dump her asap.

看了孙的文章，觉得她比较勇猛，条件不是太够的eb1,niw可能找她比较好.其实移民局
是政府机关，审理也是乱来的。

根本就不是什么她比较猛
而是因为她收钱后根本就不用心在你的申请上
而想到申请搞砸后最大的受害者是你自己，所以你不得不自己多用心
本来你花钱请律师是想省点时间和精力
结果你不得不把申请当DIY来做
既然你花的时间和精力一点也不比那些DIY的人少
那花钱请这个律师的意义是什么？
抱怨她的人，不是因为她把申请搞砸了
而是因为觉得这个钱花得冤枉

That's exactly the point. She only cares about collecting fees, but does not
do her part of job. You do everything.
I guess she established her credibility in the NIW wave of 2005. At that
time, because of recapture of lots of visa numbers, NIW is very easy. I konw
lots of guys (handled by different attorneys) without any publications or
advanced
degrees got approved shortly...

Cannot agree more. The key is that she does not care. In an earlier post, I
mentioned that there were lots of small mistakes and I AM supposed to
correct her English grammar and factual mistakes. This fundamentally
destroyed my trust in her. To be honest, I kind of hate her. If she cared,
my PD might be several months earlier and I could have had a shot during
this summer. I promise that I shall publicize this as long as anybody asks. |
