For 140 form,
part one, I should fill the name, address, including city, country etc.
Do I need to fill the IRS Tax No.?
The address in part one should be my home address or company
address?
part 2, no problem
part 3, I think this part is just my own name and home address, same as
part one if I apply EB1a?
For A-number, do I need fill anything?
part 4, question 1, should I choose Alien is in the United States and
will apply for adjustment of status...?
then, I should put P.R.China in the blank?
question 2, is my address in China?
3, write the chinese character and address
in Chinese by hand on the E-file receipt?
Part 5:, I should choose "Self", then do not fill question 2 about
company including everything in that questions?
For questoin 3, occupation and income, I could fill.
Part 6, I just fill my current university employment information.
part 7, I put my wife's name on, question is, I should choose "Applying
for adjustment of status", yes or no?
"Applying ofr a visa abroad", I guess this one is No ?
part 8, I do not need fill the job title of position with petitioning
employer of the last one?
For Form I-907
Part 1, Do I need to fill the name of company contact and
title/position?
You, petitioner or applicant?
part 2, 1 should be I-140, 2 should be E-file confirmation num, 3
should be 2039b)(1)(A)?
part 3, I should use my home address for the company name and address or
just leave that one blank?
Part 4, Do I need fill this part?

1. 不要IRS号， 你是DIY， 和你公司有个毛的关系， 填你家地址就成；跟公司有关的
项不用填或者真N/A；
2. 没有问题
3. 对。 A号不用填， 你还没有， 等你14批了才有；
4. 对。 中文名有另外一个纸写了一起交
5. 对

7. 对
8. 对
1. 关你公司个屁事、petitioner
2. 对， 或者写EB1-A， 或者两个都写， 照着140表上抄就成
3。 关你公司啥事， 留空
4。 你应该找个律师帮你填上。

实在没有钱请律师，只好自己添。如果自己file，没有律师，是不是part4 in 907 就
不用添了？
