果然更新了。之前的跟140有关的写得混乱无章,他们总算意识到了。
你说得没错，跟更早的一样，pending or approved 140按地点交到phoenix或者dallas lock box; 难怪交到nsc的，支票都是在phoenix cashed.
一起交的，到dallas lockbox.

难道不是，140在TSC批得，485交Dallas；在NSC批得，485交Phoenix？
很多不在TSC辖区的都efile然后再TSC批得140，这些人之后的485应该是交到Dallas吧
？

If you mail I-485 via USPS, then documents go to the lockbox address.
If you mail I-485 via UPS or Fedex, then documents do not go to a mailbox,
go to a Suite.
Which one is better, mailbox or Suite?

如果是交了140，批了，按地区应该file到Phoenix 或者 Dallas的Lockbox。如果一起file， 交到Dallas的Lockbox。
485 intr上面写的应该是对的。看page 6-7就能搞清你的分类。白纸黑字，应该很明确了。
我昨天file了485，之前在FedEx纠结了2个小时，没有人能给肯定的说新地址是对的。我一咬牙，file到Phoneix。
PO box或者Suit应该是一样的，都能收到。因为Fedex等不邮寄PO Box，你只能用具体地址。

寄到哪儿都没问题，反正140在哪儿批485就在那儿处理

My I-140 was approved by TSC. It seems that I should send the 485 out to TSC
. From here, it shoes us we need file I-485 at USCIS Phoenix or Dallas
Lockbox. Is it the same as TSC? I live in NewYork. Please let me know! thnx
first!!
Is there any difference for us to ship out the package via Fedex or USPS?

刚确认过，一起file的话材料一起寄到dallas lockbox，但是问题是我现在准备的推荐
信题头地址要写哪里？是dallas lockbox的地址还是TSC的地址？多谢！

My I-140 was approved by TSC. It seems that I should send the 485 out to TSC

问一下：如果140是EFILE到TSC，485是APPROVE了后再file。 但是住址又属于要送到
USCIS Phoenix Lockbox。这种情况485要送到哪里呢？是送到USCIS Dallas Lockbox
（因为140是送到TSC)，还是按住址送到USCIS Phoenix Lockbox？谢谢！！！

我家按地址file到phoenix，结果转到dallas了，白耽误3天在路上

没人care那些玩艺儿
