如果时间略有不够的话, 你可以去加拿大旅游一两次(每次如不超过30天,不需要签证),
准备好所有在境外的证明,这样就可以H1B六年后再延期几个月(国外所呆的时间)以等待
140的批准及申请H1B 6年后的EXTSION. - 如果需要,可以找律师咨询一下准确的作法. |
