I don't think so. I20 is for international students.
No, first talk to your university's international students' office and let
them know that you have green card now, so they can update their record and
probably stop your SEVIS record online. Follow their instructions and go
from there. Typically even if we are on F1, we don't need to deal with
immigration office directly; the international students' office handles
everything.
