还有就是推荐人是不是太多了也不好啊。当时怕同意的比例太低，发了十几封email，
结果那些人几乎都帮我写了：但是写得长的不多。

发帖数: 6523 | 10 For my EB1B, my lawyer said that 5-6 letters would be enough. I may have 8-9
letters signed as I have asked the references and they agreed. It would be
weird not to follow through with them. I may keep a couple of letters not to
file initially, just in case of RFE. Well, I am still in the process of
drafting the letters, and we want to have a global view on all the letters
before we decide how many or which letters to use.
However, this really is a personal call. I see some people have used 10+
letters, and it was okay. If your letters are covering different things and
they complement each other, I don't see a problem to use them all.

letters from my two adviser's are pretty conservative, while the independent
references' are full of good words. I think I will used the independent
ones. But is it ok not including one's advisers?

green card application. It's not a job hunting situation where the advisors
have bigger say.
