发帖数: 81 | 1 I am a citizen, and I want to apply green card for my parents. My parents
are current in US with Visitor Visa.
1. Do I still need to file I-130?
2. Can I file I-130 and I485 together?
3. I am applying for mom and dad, can I submit all forms for both of them in
one envolpe?
4. My parents can stay in US for 6 months, if they are still in process of
application on green card, but the visa expired at 6 months, they will still
be eligible to stay in US until the application of green card is settled,
am I right?
5. How long does it take for the entire procedure normally?
Hopefully, someone has done such thing before or immigration attorney can
help me to clear these questions.
