Would like to inquiry one question regarding about EB1-B application.
If I have filed H1B applicaton with master degree, can I apply EB1-B after I
get PhD degree?
I will join company without the PhD degree yet and the company can sponsor
EB1-B.
Is there any problems on this?

H1B. My 140 was just approved 2 years after I got my PhD.
