categorized as academic professional, benefits eligible and a year-to-year
appointment.
还有就是offer letter里的这句话不知道对eb1b是否有负面影响：
This position is not funded from state appropriations and may terminate when
funding is no longer available. Fixed-term and temperary appointment have
no continuing appointment implications and do no accrue time towards
sabbatical leaves.

发帖数: 64 | 7 Your current offer letter seems not appropriate for eb1b. But you don't have
to use the original offer letter. My attorney prepared another letter later
on to confirm that my position is permanent. It was signed by our
department chair. It also includes salary and job duty etc. |
