them again. I was told that my background hadn't started yet since my
fingerprint expired or lost. I would receive the notice to redo fingerprint
in 60 days.
I can't believed that! I did FP on May 18. FBI told me that my FP had been
transferred to USCIS in 24 hours which has been confirmed by USCIS that they
received my FP on May 21 based on the information they told me last Friday.
However, I don't know why they told me today that my FP hasn't received or
expired. I have to do FP again!!!
Does anyone has the same experience?
I believed that old 485 pending means that your background hasn't finished
or something is wrong with your background check. Please call USCIS and find
question ASAP. |
