push him to do the work, you can fire him and use somebody else. My lawyer,
recommended through a friend, really is helpful, and always responds in a
day. I would be mad with a lawyer like yours. You may lose money in this,
but you will gain your sanity back and a better chance of filing a
successful case.
Before all this, call him, not to confront him, but just to explain your
needs. "Nonviolent Communications" is a very good book on how we can phrase
our needs and other people's needs in the best way to get things moving and
to get conflicts resolved.

The regret here is that THIS particular lawyer is bad. Not all lawyers are
bad. If you decide to fire him/her, expose him/her here. Well, before that,
please do call him/her again. Try to express your needs and expectations to
him/her, and see how it goes. Sometimes when there's distrust, things won't
go smoothly. Give him/her a last chance, and be genuine with your requests.

，加上cc给人事部的头，看看能不能起到威慑的效果。从去年5月份签合同交钱，到今
年2月中旬才i140递出去，我都催了10个月，什么费用都长上去了。马上h1快过期，只
能3月份pp了，这不pp费用也长了。所幸的是, pp直接过了，这7月份才递的485，律师
也给我拖了3周左右。唉，上了这条船，不容易下啊。只能自己熬。bless!! |
