I ask my boss to sponsor my eb1b. He said yes. However, I think my boss
doesn't quit understand what does that mean. I told him I will hire a lawyer
and just ask our department for permanent position job verification and
sign the petition letter and I-140 by chairman. My boss said ok. My boss is
a very powerful person in the department.
Should I ask HR whether the school allow me to do that or not? I am pretty
certain the school will not allow that because our school is a very top
private school. It says in the international service website.
Can anybody give me a sample of permanent job verification ? My boss needs
me to show this to our chairman. I greatly appreciate your help! |

title, salary, hire date etc. |

I have seen people write very fancy and comprehensive job letter. I only
have master degree. Also, I told my boss that it is permanent but renewable.
He will be only OK with renewable.

发帖数: 859 | 4 Actually，“permanent" is not necessary to appear in your Letter as long as
your title is kind of permanent property. Make sure who are going to sign
your I-140, the chair of the department may not be the proper person in some
universities.

I am asking my boss that I want our chairman to sign my job letter and I-140
because I don't want my case go through our school which cost my boss's
money. You think it is not a good way? |
