另外重新file H4，file的费用290，律师收服务费总共要800多。这个需要自己付。我
想问自己可以file H4吗？还是律师file比较容易approved? |

pending期间离境需要在回来重新file一次。不知道新file的这次跟file第一次过程是
不是一样的？还是需要填什么表格说明一下之前file的不算，重新file一次了？

bring a photocopy of your approval notice to apply H4 visa in China directly
