I am at the end of the fifth year. And my company won't sponsor me green
card.
I just went to HR and heard her say it again and really feel bad. At the
beginig, she said that it is the company's policy. Then she said since they
still want me to keep working in the company and she will help me to ask her
boss. How should i do? Resign or keep working till the end of next year and
go back china?
I tried to find another job, but did not get one offer yet. There is no time
left since it takes time to file the application.

also file EB1A and NIW by yourself, which does not require the permission
from the company.
You can continue to look for another job, and even if they sponsor EB1B, you
may still need to prepare many of the same documents, which you can start
doing now.
Call some lawyers right now to find out what time line you should follow to
avoid troubles. Evaluations are free.

底的时候file上去阿,怎么大家说得都不一样啊!

发帖数: 3862 | 8 I think these are pretty much all the options, plus J1 visa if you company
is willing to sponsor, but that's not a good option.
I think you have to have a approved I140 to be able to be eligible for
extending the H1B after six years. So file a EB1A or NIW and get I140
approved is key for you now.
