Filed in 07/2010. NIW/EB1A/140/485/EAD/AP
Finger print 08/2010
EAD/AP received 10/15/2010
EB1A online status updated in 08/2010.
Nothing happened after that until 03/3011 did 2 SRs on NIW 140 and received
approval notice on NIW 140 05/09/2011. Response to 2nd SR from USCIS came
back several days later states no decision made even though approved bases
on mail notice. No change online status until today.
Did SR on EB1A 140 twice and received a mail saying it has been expedited.
Do not know what it means. Received approval notice yesterday by mail. No
change online at all. Still Initial Review.
Called USCIS yesterday and was told my 485 has been assigned to an officer
on 7/19/2011. Hopefully I can get my GC soon.
My H1B started in 08/2009. I feel that I exhausted all of my resources for
EB1A and scared of RFE. That is why I have been waiting so long.
