1. Tax Returns Form in 2010, 2009 and 2008:
Do I have to submit all the pages of 1040A? I feel too many.
Can I only copy the first page of 1040A Tax Return which lists my
families names?
2. A-number:
My LD ever applied an EAD with the approval (2006with J-2 visa).
There is A number in the approval notice: 135 188 XXX.
Should I use this A number for LD's I-485, I-765 forms? (A number if any?)
or just leave it blank.
3. About EAD and AP.
Are they processed, arrpoved and mailed separately?
I don't want to use EAD now because my H1B is still valid until
12/30/2012. But I will use AP for my travel to China this year.

两年的也行啊，如果要交，就交全，别只交第一页，个人建议

别用那个，主申请人是140批准件上的A#，副申请人没有，空着
