公司的律师不肯给我看最后的petition letter, 不知道最后材料写成什么样了
已经file到了TSC, 因为想换工作，所以想pp, 想请教一下各位
1). TSC eb1 non-pp现在是不是真的要9个月(我在网上查到average processing time
8.5 months)
还有eb1b是485递上去以后180天可以换工作还是拿到卡180天以后？哪位能给一个官方
的link? 如果是前者也许我还可以等等
2). 考了一下古，好像有人说TSC pp比NSC还难，我这种情况被拒的可能性有多大？
3). 如果被RFE了，有哪个律师比较好可以推荐一下的，另外收费大概会是多少？ | w******s
