白白等了9个月
律师claim的每条都被decline了。
我的case很弱，
PHD 烂校，大公司engineer
文章10篇，（其中一半是会议）
一个专利
引用18次 （IO只承认5次，其他的文章他不承认），
没有review，
membership Sigma Xi被拒了。
想问一下rfe成功后的几率有多大？
我一方面联系公司律师准备RFE,另外想咨询一下现在还可不可以另外办EB2或者NIW？ | c***x

affect each other. You can prepare NIW by yourself to save money since it is
similar to EB1B and maybe can use the same references.For EB2B,it is very
easy to pass and has very close time frame (one initial PERM step more
compared to NIW that takes 2 months?), but have to have your employer to

membership in) Sigma Xi.
According to the bylaws the petitioner submitted as evidence
for the American Vacuum Society, the society does not require demonstrative
outstanding achievement as a
prerequisite for membership. Sigma Xi is a scientific research society.
According to the Sigma Xi web site,
“Membership in Sigma Xi is by nomination and is conferred in one of two
ways. Full Membership is
conferred upon any individual who has shown noteworthy achievement as an
original investigator in a field of
pure or applied science or engineering. Associate Membership is available to
any individual who has.
through initial research achievement in a field of pure or applied science,
shown an aptitude for research.”
Thus, demonstrative outstanding achievement is not required as a
prerequisite for membership in Sigma Xi.
An individual may gain membership by making an initial research achievement
or by making a noteworthy
achievement. Neither initial nor noteworthy has been shown to equate to
outstanding.
The submitted documentation does not establish that Sigma Xi require
outstanding achievements of its members, as judged by recognized national or
international experts in the
petitioner’s field or an allied one. To assist in determining that the
beneficiary’s memberships satisfy this
criterion, you may submit:
• Documentary evidence showing that membership is based on outstanding
achievement.
• Documentary evidence defining the beneficiary’s level of membership
, which establishes that
it requires outstanding achievement.
• Any other relevant evidence.

This criterion has not been met
because the evidence does not indicate that the published material was about
the beneficiary’s work in the
academic field.
