research is outstanding which has gained you international acclaim using the
EB1 criteria (publication, reviewers, media report etc.) in a
recommendation letter.

further inquires. The IO will judge if you met the 3 years experience. He
has many clients passed without any problem.
What I think is that if you are a new graduated PhD (assuming you spent at
least 3 years in graduate school) and met the "outstanding criteria" for
Eb1b, then it automatically proves that your phd study is outstanding and
should be counted into 3 years experience. |
