发帖数: 1534 | 4 Thank babyfacenan and banCDM very much for the information. I filed my EB1B
I140 to TSC on 1/28/2011, then it was transferred to NSC on 8/31/2011.
Currently my I140 is still under initial review. According to where I live,
I should file it to TSC. According to babyfacenan, I should file it to NSC.
I am wondering if I file I485 right now, what address should I send the I485
package to? If I file i485 after the case is approved by NSC, what address
should I send the I485 package to? Shall I send it to NSC no matter when I
send out?
