Evidence the beneficiary has at least 3 years of experience in teaching and/
or research in the academic field.
It does not matter what role you are in, RA, TA, employee, AP, or whatever,
as long as you can prove that your research is outstanding for over 3 years,
that's good enough.

experience. You can count since M.S. if you have good work during M.S.
People with M.S. can also get EB1A approved, as recently reported here. It
might be even easier for EB1B.
Research experience is the easiest thing to prove using your advisor's
reference letter to show your timeline and using other references to say how
good you have been throughout the years.

with them for more than a year.
