所谓EB-1(b) criteria requirements,包括你有3年research experience,还有公司或
者学校有三个以上全职researchers的证明.

A: Usually, the HR Director, International Office Director or Vice President
is authorized to sign for an employer. Sometime, another Director or Dean
may also sign for an employer.
