1A: Yes you are free to go anywhere, even no job (as long as have an offer
when RFE);
1B: No because it's your current employer who sponsored your 1B application. |

What you said is for the cases within the 180 days after 485 filing.
However, after 180 days, all EB 485's are fine to use AC21, as long as the jobs are similar.

the 485.
在 I-485 未决超过了 180 天之后，雇主即使再撤销已经批准了的 I-140，也不会对你
的 I-485 产生任何的影响(Question 11 on Page 4 of 8 － 附录 3)。
