I have a question on the impact of filing NIW-140 on TN visa. According to
the following article (click the link below) by Zhang & Associate, P.C., it
seems to me that filing 140 will reject any admission, initial issuance or
renewal of TN visa.

However, also on the website of Zhang & Associate, P.C., in another article
(click the link below), filing 140 seems to me that have no impact on
admission, initial issuance or renewal of TN visa

Can any expert or current TN visa holders give me an accurate answer? I need
it now.
