"Please submit the evidence that the beneficiary has at least three years of
experience in teaching in the academic area."
1.我目前是tenure track AP，加上之前的full time research scientist，已经超过
四年，其中做AP时间大概两年。全部都提供了verfication letters。但是，这个IO要
求的竟然是"at least three years of experience in teaching in the academic
area"，这完全无理吗？对于EB1-b,应该是teaching and/or research都算得呀。请问有人
遇到过这样的问题吗？如何回复的呀？
2.正如前言，这个RFE没有提及其它方面的结论。想请问，这算是其它方面都通过了，
只有这个工作经验的问题？还是，IO先发个RFE,收到答复后再继续看？不过，正常的话
，IO应该是在一个RFE里就列出所有的结论和发现的问题吧。

提交一份就是了，他们忙，有可能没看到。

This is an easy RFE, and I think that you can just submit a cover letter to
say it clearly and re-submit your employment verification letters and offer
letters, since you have already got 4-year experience as AP and research
scientist, and you don't even need to show your RA experience.

候都没有这样要求过。
同一个IO，1172，我没有交RFE。到时候你提交了update一下信息啊。 |

发帖数: 1038 | 11 你如果没有提交，你就需要提交这个证明。这个和找工作不一样，3年全职教学/研究经
验是 requirement。 140 instruction上面明文规定了的。
如果RFE过期不交，就是放弃了吧，结果当然是被拒。

经验，140上面明文的规定， teaching OR research 不是 teaching AND research
。
我RFE还没有准备好，没有过deadline。准备好了才会交。还没有被拒呢。。。。。。
