杂志的两篇文章，第一步review也算过了，只是在第二步时，补充说其实这家伙根本就
没真正review过东东，咔咔。估计这个IO根本就没看你的材料，先RFE缓冲一下。bless

As I see on this board, in the RFE response, you don't have to argue about
each of these 5 claims, but just to claim 3, and make those 3 claims as
strong as you can. Namely, make your RFE response almost a whole new
application.

My case was self-petitioned, not through an attorney.But my background is
different than most of the people over here. I work in business sector, and
not on a research role, and almost all of my work are proprietary assets to
the company, therefore it is challenging to establish my PERSONAL
contribution to my field of expertise.
For example, my company/department receives external review requests from
the government agencies or peer companies, and the review responses are
often sent back in the name of company even though I am the one who does the
review or participate in a panel review. In additional, many other times, I
review work of my peers across lines of business within the company and
there are no invitation letter type of documents.
In my petition, i submitted reviewed documents and supp porting letters to
state that i participated in the review. The RFE letter asks:
"Please provide documentary evidence that establishes that the beneficiary
was invited and actually participated in the judging of the work of others
for which she was invited"
Anyone has similar background?

但是你没有列出来，那么我就说说对你列出来的"judge of others work"的看法。 先
声明，仅代表我个人观点，供参考而已。
因为Eb1A里面 关于judge of others work是这么描述的，
“Evidence that you have been asked to judge the work of others, either
individually or on a panel” 。 那么好，请注意这里的几个词，"you have been
asked". 这里很显然意思很清楚，动作的宾语就是 You. 动作是 asked. 那么在你的情
况下，你的公司应该是一个private的，很有可能是个consulting company或者是审计
公司. 那么所有的review request的宾语动作自然人显然是你的公司，而不是你，就算
最后你能够证明你已经参与了这个review,
那么如何说明 it is "YOU" 被"Asked"呢？ 这个要说服IO是很具有挑战的。 除非你们
公司的工作确实和这个review request无关，而主要是因为有你在，所以他们发邀请的
。 这也就是为什么你提供了reviewed document以及 supporting letter 都无用的理
由。要证明的首先是 "YOU HAVE BEEN ASKED"。 "asked"礼貌一点就是"invited".
那么你是否没有别的办法了呢？ 我个人觉得除非你能够拿到contract或者邀请函，上
面点名了你的名字，你要挑战这点是很难的。 你的回复应该考虑更加的放在
contribution上。
因为你在priviate business sector, 你可以考虑用另外的non typical的一条，就是
Evidence that you command a high salary or other significantly high
remuneration in relation to others in the field。
如果你的年终bonus上个百万啊，税都交个40万的，这条也是非典型性的一条，不一定
是非典型性背景要走典型性套路，你说呢？
