今天查了一下状态，发现要RFE
On January 28, 2012, we mailed a notice requesting initial evidence in this
case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence
requested. Meanwhile, processing of this case is on hold until we either
receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once you
submit the evidence requested and a decision is made, you will be notified
by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of
Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our
customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
一般RFE都是需要哪些内容呢？我今天刚刚在USCIS网站上更新地址，不知道是不是这个
缘故动了一下case？RFE的材料会寄到新地址还是旧地址呢？ |

，同时也参考了其他同学的，应该都够了的呀。

发帖数: 1281 | 4 最近很多RFE都是要求交出生证明，婚姻公正等等，虽然当初大家都交了，但是移民局
不知道为什么还让交，貌似大家就是原样再交一份就好了。也有可能是要employment
letter。 |

发帖数: 287 | 5 哦，那就好，如果只是重新递交一下以前有的材料那倒没问题，可以很快交上去。
就是担心要补充一些手头没有还必须要在国内重新办的材料，那样一拖就拖好久呢。

再问一下，从网上发出RFE，到收到信件一般要多久呢？

松的心情又紧绷起来了，移民局真是要把人折磨死么？ |

hehe, I used to get such a thing on my H1. I think that either USCIS lost my
package, or my lawyer didn't submit enough documents. Anyway, I submitted
the package again, and my H1 was approved.
Your case should be safe, it's just that you need to resubmit the old stuff.
And once you submit your RFE response, you will very likely get your green
card soon. Big Bless!

不知道为什么，复印的出生公证上面的印章颜色非常浅，请问这个是正常的吗？ |
