Certificate of Birth", not just "Notarial Certificate'.He has asked me to
prepare for RFE and re-apply for a new one in China with ""Notarial
Certificate of Birth" on the front page.
Do I need it? What's yours look like?

ificate", while my ld's was "notarial certificate of birth". Both cases got
approved without RFE. Just FYI.
