标 题: 两个485的情况怎么处理？

LD上周把EB2的485交上了，PD 09年下半年。我的EB1B 140刚批了，想马上再交485。我
觉得EB1的485应该批得快（是吗？）。公司的律师说，两个485可能会延缓AOS，也可能
加快，总之很模糊。
版上的兄弟姐妹肯定遇到过这样的情况，请问，怎么处理能快点把卡拿到手呢？需要做
什么relink这类的事情吗？谢谢！ |

will write sth on it, you make copies of both fingerprint notice, and write
a letter to uscis serivce center to ask them to relink. |

我看到http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t/Immigration/31749243.html说了一个relink的方法。但是我的情况和他的不一样：他的两个485他都是主申请人。我的情况是EB2 140/485我LD是主申请人，EB1 140/485我是主申请人。请问这个relink有没有要求两个主申请人是一样的？ |

里面有关于夫妻之间的I-485的transfer。
看到有人不管，"移民局自动地批准了受益人的 I-485，基于早的排期或等级高的
category，而实际上受益人并没有做上述的申请。"
我考古得到的：relink/interfile主要是同一主申请人把485挂靠到更早PD上去。
这个和我的情况有点不同。
