H-1B status is only valid for employment with the employer who
petitioned the INS and only for the particular job for which the Labor
Condition Application was filed.
H4 visa:“Spouses and unmarried children (under age 21) of H-1B visa
holders
are H-4 status, allowing them to enter but not work in the U.S.”
as a H-1B visa holder, she/he can start his own company, but she/he can’t
actually do the work,only employ others. |

发帖数: 204 | 8 我的理解是H1b身份只能在sponsor你visa的employer那里工作，不能有第二份工作收入
，而且报税也会有问题。H4不允许工作，应该也是同样的道理吧。如果理解不对，大蜜
