I currently an adjunct in a college that does not sponsor H1b to adjunct.
Ph.D. in Earth and Environmental Science. Focus: water contamination and
water quality. Publications 7 (6 first-author, 1 co-author); citations: 20;
review other's paper: 1 (asked editors to send more); conference attending:
15, session chair: 6 (review speaker's abstract). Do you think in any case I
could try to apply Eb1a, is any sucessful case like me to get green card?
Any impact if rejected? |

有人说，估计还有别的影响因素，比如推荐的大牛什么的
lz 的opt能不能先延期？

有自己比较过？建议找个律师好好包装一下试试EB1A吧 |
