我们找了本州的众议员和参议员， 结果参议员先问了：答复如下：
In regards to your inquiry for the above individual’s I-485 applications,
SRC1290015xxx for xxxxx and SRC1290015xxx for xxxx were filed on 10/14/11
and according to our March 20th processing report, our office is currently
processing ones filed on 6/2/11.
我们很失望， 结果又给众议员写信，告诉他我们通过参议员得到的答复，最后又加上
一段：
I already knew this information from USCIS website. However, USCIS actual
processing date is much faster than they posted. I knew many employment-
based I485 cases filed in 01/2012, even in 02/2012 have been approved. It
looks like that USCIS gives itself very wide window about processing time
and randomly picks up some cases to process. I know it is inappropriate to
ask you to push USCIS, but I wonder it is possible to let some USCIS staff
to physically take care of our cases.
今天得到众议员的答复：
Please find below the response our office received from the U.S.C.I.S. Texas
Service Center:
“In regards to your inquiry for the above individual’s I-485 applications,
SRC1290015xxx for xxx and SRC1290015xxx for xxx to expedite is not approved
. These forms were filed on 10/14/11 and is not outside our normal
processing times. According to our March 20th processing report, our office
is currently processing ones filed on 6/2/11.
Also, the entirety of the evidence presented does not warrant moving both
applications ahead of other applicants waiting for the same benefit. In
order to be eligible for expedite, evidence presented must meet the USCIS
Expedite Criteria found at web site www.uscis.gov. Go to the Forms Tab and
locate the Forms Guidance section on the right side of the page.
I also wanted to let you know that our office has also recently received
another inquiry from this individual from Senator xxxx’s office.
Thank you for your inquiry and please do not hesitate to contact us again if
you have further questions regarding this case.”
I wish I had better news. Our office will continue to check on the status of
these petitions, and press the service center to process them as soon as
possible. Please don’t hesitate to contact me anytime. Thank you.
看来只能等了，11月和12月的就先别急了，有我们这些10月的垫着呢。 |

闷，找议员没有用的，在正常的处理时间范围内谁也没有办法。 |
