因为在RFE leeter里, IO 说

现在我不确定的是这个Letters from peers and colleagues肯定是指subjective
reference letter吗？还是也可以包括了objective reference letter? 主要是这个"
peer"如何理解。
现在律师在RFE response letter里谴责了IO"
