信心，一个是review另外一个是一个专利。review我没找来editor letter；专利批准
了但是没有被应用啊；
我问律师，律师的逻辑是，我们写了4项，只要他们承认2项就行；如果现在把那些放在
contribution里面，万一RFE，我们就没有backup；有些理解，但是还是很担心，和版
上其他人的不一样；
2）搞不明白，律师写了一个公司letter，只有4页，看起来也不是offer letter，里面
主要是说公司的情况和我的情况，和我满足的条件，以及可以为公司将来带来利益等等
。我问这个是不是PL，秘书说是；但是律师又说会补充一个cover letter，会联系推荐
信和我的资料，强调我的符合资格。感觉怪怪的，不过律师说开业15年只有一个failed
，所以还是觉得相信他一把，但是心里不踏实啊！
3）我公司总部在West Virginia，我自己在加州工作，两个地方分属不同center。我倒
底是会被分到哪儿审批啊？

Before the famous totality memo came out (Oct, 10), many people are doing
like your lawyer, fishing, put as many as achievements as possible, if you
catch two (Eb1B) or three (EB1A), then you are done. Right now, you have to
meet the totality, even one of them failed, game over since your do not meet

Don't understand what you mean. If you don't want to give any suggestions,
that is fine!!!!
I am here just asking questions and find some help. I want to convince my
lawyer that we should only focus on 2 criterion. Everyone who went through
this process feels the pain. I assume you are in good intent but looks like
not. Why are you saying like that???
