Dear Immigration Official:
I am an associate professor of MAJOR at XXXX University. Dr. Bigwoniu joined
my xxx laboratory in 2006. Since then I have co-authored numerous scholarly
papers with him.
Soon after Dr. Bigwoniu joined my lab, we started an ambitious research
project to examine the relationship between XXXX and XXXX with a rigorous
XXXX procedure. Dr. Bigwoniu has made substantial contributions to the
conception and design of the study, acquisition of data, and interpretation
of data, and has taken a leading role in this project. A version of this
paper was published in Journal of XXXX in 2010. Following the publication,
our research received amazing attention from the world’s media. Over 60
websites and/or newspapers worldwide reported our findings, such as Yahoo,
MSNBC, ScienceDaily, The Times of India. I have to say that Dr. Bigwoniu has
put an essential amount of work into the research results and findings
these media reports have covered.

个人觉得还行，有alsin一样的担心。如果想具体点，何不把那些主要媒体报道的内容
中的重点，说那些发现都是你做的具体工作和贡献。比如媒体说，这个xxx非常牛，为
以后的yyy铺垫了道路，让我们看到了zzz的希望。那就强调说没有你的具体工作，这个
xxx是不可能被发现的，全是你的功劳。 |
