因为刚去加拿大开过会，用visa auto revalidation进关，没有换i-94
这样的话，date of last arrival是填加拿大进关的时间，还是上一次从美国
进关的时间

查了护照上的信息，好像只是多了个章，连入境地点都没有
而且我现在都不确定这章是去的时候盖的还是回来的时候盖的了

Or, do you mean that I can ignor the trip to Canada?
I changed my I-94 two years ago because my visa was changed to H1B. I held
my H1B visa to go to Canada for a meeting.
Later, my visa was changed from H1B to O-1, so I got another new I-94. For
my case, which date I should fill in the 485 form?
By the way, do I need to fill all the academic organization that I joined in
during my Phd program? I don't really remember the time I joined in them.
