来版上咨询一下有经验的前辈:
(1)不知道正常处理要多长时间.律师说一般也可能10个月. 板上看到的有快也有慢,半
年左右.
(2)如果办加急(premium process),有什么不利. 看到板上说容易REF.
(3)什么时候办加急比较好呢?是一开始就办还是等个2个月后再办比较好?2个月用办加
急 如果REF了,会有文章发出来(有篇IF10的文章刚投了,应该会中),如果再有citation
和review的积累,这样是不是好一些?

There was a period before that IO issued more RFE for PP cases
I believe now is a very good time for PP cases
No matter you get RFE or not, you get an answer faster
As to me, waiting is the most torturing thing
I was not afraid of RFE as I prepared enough for it before I requested PP
So I suggest you prepare more evidences before submit PP, including more
reference letters, more reviews, etc. | b*******e
