citation 我只用了6个英文文章的，大概77个
前两项过了，就是第三项，我用了大概4个review paper，里面有我的名字及大段的评
价当作meida report。
原因原文如下：

pubications or major media. There is no evidence regarding the geographic
area served by the publication, the number of issues published, the number
of website visitors, the normal readership numbers, the publication's or
website's reputation in the field or any other indicators of the status of
these websites and publications. without proper evidence regarding the
status of these publications and websites the Service must find that they
are not major media. As such, the submitted evidence does not meet this
criterion.
原因分析：我当时提交材料的时候，因为我想是专业杂志，就只是把杂志的介绍从网上
打印提交了，我仔细看了一下，该材料确实没有提访问数等信息，只有一些aims and
scope的介绍。
想问：
1 这种情况可以 appeal吗？如果可以需要多久，和多少钱？
2 如果不可以，我想能否短期内重新 pp 一下？ 对重新submit 有没有时间限制?
3 能否通过网上submit 到TSC？有没有地域限制？因为我的case 是0002， 据说是杀手
，所以想换个中心，碰运气。
请大家帮忙给点建议，不胜感激！ |

你这个Case EB1a 必定批的，搞成这样子完全是准备不好。
我的Case: English Paper 10 (5 1st author) with total 50 citations :-(, 7
Chinese Journal Reviews, 1 Patent (not issued) with 7 Labs using it (I wrote
tons on this!!) PP approved no RFE!
I used up two color inkjets to print all support data from many websites.
So your case should be a piece of cake!
Yours is Strongest case.
Should make good binder with nice labels with clear list.

有REF，REF的时候，我claim 了 我原来有个东西被入选了国家“十五”重大科技成就
成果汇编。 他说不是专业书，所以我就没有claim了。 我有个朋友他就是用了两个
review paper. claim 成功了，所以我就干脆用review paper 来response REF 结果还
是准备不足，缺乏经验阿

我的研究和journal highlight，但是在版上问过后都只当做贡献的证据。加油再来，

想单独claim media report是相当困难的一件事情。
