所以打算还是照实写上，但是看到有网上因为这个问题被RFE的：
Upon review of your application, you indicate that you were a member of the
Chinese Communist Party. You claim that your membership has been deprived
after stopping to pay the membership in six successive months. In view of
the foregoing, you must provide a statement and submit any available
documentary evidence which demonstrates the exact date that you ceased
paying for your membership and the exact data that you were no longer
considered a member of Chinese Communist Party.
如果收到这样的rfe该怎么办呢？
然后又有人说了：
网上声明退党啊，再花几个钱申请张书面的退党证书，美国政府认可的！
有谁知道网上退党怎么操作吗？
